Fall protection stainless frame.

Our Role:

Southern Stainless in collaboration with Ronstan Tensile Architecture we recently fabricated and delivered a stainless steel fall arrest frame with an architectural mesh infill to one of Chapman Builders projects in Teneriffe, Brisbane.

Custom built from high quality 316 marine grade stainless steel these panels not only provide fall protection, they also contribute to the design and aesthetics of the building while providing unrestricted views. Panels are fabricated and assembled in-house; they are then delivered to site ready to install.

Using 316 marine grade stainless ensures these safety panels are strong, durable, weather-resistant and require little to no maintenance.

This project consisted of:

• Frame built from 32mm mirror polished 316 marine grade stainless steel tube
• Wire mesh made from 1.5mm 316 marine grade stainless steel
  • 80mm x 139mm diamond shape aperture

These panels can be used on bridges, high rise buildings, used as a trellis system, a decorative feature as well as a variety of other uses.

This architectural stainless mesh is also available in various polymer colours including; red, white, blue, black, green, or gold.
