I would like to commend you on your outstanding service. I recently purchased your electric marine BBQ from you for my BBQ work events. You made the whole process so very easy. Thank You! Being honest, I had some hesitations as I was leaning more towards purchasing a gas BBQ from you. You were so right! Here I was thinking it would not hold enough heat for the volume of food I had to cook for my BBQ's. There is no looking back now! I was asked by my family what would you both like for a wedding present, something we can get a lot of use out of. It was a Cookout Classic Marine BBQ with a stainless steel gas bottle of course! Well a lot of use in an understatement in the highest. These BBQ's are simply the best available on the market, they might be a little more expensive but they are the best no question. Reasons; it has never let us down, no flame/flare ups, solid stainless plate makes it a lot safer as well, no rattles at all and easy to clean, it still looks brand new, in 10 years I have only just replaced the electronic ignition and the gas cock, which is a minimal cost after 10 years of cooking.
We have owned our Cookout BBQ since December 2003. In all that time the BBQ has never left our front verandah, which faces the ocean. The BBQ has faced cyclones, gale force wind and rain, and all the conditions associated with living on a sand hill in Queensland. At my request Matthew (Cookout BBQ's) gave my BBQ a clean. It is now as good as new and has saved me the cost of a buying a brand new one.
I am writing to thank you personally, and your staff for the excellent service and quality of your products you supplied for my boat. The curved rail matches the duck board contour perfectly, and now I finally have an excellent storage facility for the tender. The electric stainless steel BBQ works a treat, and over Easter we cooked on it 5 times in 3 days. Adding the stainless steel bait board as a preparation and serving table makes the whole meal cooking process so much easier. I was more than happy with the final price, and I will certainly recommend your services to all of my boating friends.
