We are able to replicate your old, rusty stainless boat exhaust systems.
As part of our custom marine service we have the ability to replicate any type of marine exhaust system to suit almost any type of boat engine.
The exhaust set pictured was specifically fabricated in-house for Caterpillar 3126 engines and would also be suitable for Caterpillar 3116 engines.
To replicate all we need are the original boat exhausts, once received we then jig them up on our workbench, design, replicate and create brand new identical exhausts.
All exhausts are manufactured from (minimum) high quality 316 marine grade stainless steel and are fully electropolished after fabrication to achieve the best long-lasting stainless finish.
