Project Description: Southern Stainless was engaged to fabricate and install a range of stainless steel architectural elements throughout the Chevron Renaissance development on the Gold Coast.
The project included stainless steel balustrades surrounding the feature waterfall at the main entrance, a custom penthouse staircase balustrade, and mirror-polished staircase stringer capping. Each component was fabricated using high quality 316 marine grade stainless steel to ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance in the coastal environment.
Designed to complement the premium finishes of the development, the completed installations deliver both functionality and a refined architectural appearance.
