Southern Stainless created a sign for our beach house. The finished product is weather-resistant and has a premium, elegant look. Their team was professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with.

My interactions with Southern Stainless were exemplary customer service, and value for money. A special shout-out to Matt (who I coincidentally met when we drove into the yard), Suzanne in the office, and to Rusty who brought the old, and now fully refurbished, HOT Stainless Steel BBQ back in my direction to save us some driving time.

The BBQ, which was on the rail of the back deck of a new-to-us boat was not working, and I initially thought I would have to buy a new BBQ. Being all stainless steel, these are very costly items. But I took a chance, and drove down to the yard at Ormeau with the old and there met Matt – and a complete refurbishment of the barbecue was the result. Matt quickly established that the unit was a veteran from 1998... Now, it looks literally brand-new and I am very pleased with it. I can't overstate how pleased I was with the service I received. Thank you, sincerely Southern Stainless.

These guys have been THE best business to deal with for a non-commercial customer, and especially for a female customer.

I wanted to get my new stainless bird cage electropolished and most other providers I'd contacted over time either couldn't be bothered, saw it as not an important project, or took weeks to send me a vague reply. I've had past experiences with industrial manufacturing businesses where I've been dismissed or not taken seriously based on my gender (this was interstate). Not Southern Stainless.

George was timely in his responses, extremely helpful and understanding, and went to great lengths to make sure the cage was perfect. The quality of their work is impeccable. Their pricing is very affordable and I appreciated being given a ballpark quote up front.

I'll be doing all of my stainless cleaning and manufacturing business with them from now on (for my other existing stainless cages) and in the future when I get around to welding cages myself.

Can't recommend them enough for stainless projects :)

Unfortunately it's rare these days to receive good, never mind extraordinary service, both from the point of view of product quality and personalised attention. The Infinity barbecue we purchased and the way it was handled by the Southern Stainless staff has been amazing. And to make things even better, the product is completely Australian made! I could not recommend George and the staff more highly.

Staff were so helpful in advising and carrying out fire pit conversion from natural gas to lpg. They made it so easy and advise was forthcoming to have it done economically…. Highly recommend their services of a great Australian company.
