for Riviera Australia’s 40 Years of Evolution
Southern Stainless was proud to manufacture the custom stainless steel awards created for Riviera Australia’s prestigious 40 Years of Evolution celebration.
Designed exclusively for Riviera, each award was handcrafted from 6mm 316 marine grade stainless steel and finished to an exceptional standard using our in-house abrasive waterjet cutting, mirror polishing, and precision laser etching services.
Combining modern fabrication technology with expert craftsmanship, these awards were created to reflect the premium quality and innovation synonymous with the Riviera brand.
Precision Waterjet Cutting & Laser Etching
Every award was precision cut using our advanced abrasive waterjet cutting machine, capable of cutting intricate shapes and detailed profiles across a wide range of metals and materials. Waterjet cutting delivers clean edges, excellent accuracy, and flexibility for both decorative and industrial stainless steel applications.
Once cut and polished, each piece was laser etched in-house using our Trotect SpeedMarker 1300 laser station. This high quality galvo laser marking technology allows us to produce crisp, permanent detailing across stainless steel and other materials with exceptional precision.
