1 kg topside mince
1 packet French onion soup
1 large onion, finely diced
1 cup bread crumbs
Fresh parsley, chopped finely
Garnish with barbecued red capsicum, lettuce and swiss cheese
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Using your hands, shape mixture into patties, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cook patties uncovered on a heated oiled Cookout BBQ turning once, until browned and cooked as desired.
Serve on lightly toasted bread rolls with garnish.
